    About Commercium Valuers

    As a licensed, independent property valuation consultancy, we specialise in commercial property valuation, focusing on the market valuation of retail, industrial, office, medical and vacant commercial zoned land across Victoria. 


    Founded in 2024 by Mark Cox, Commercium emerges from over ten years of experience in valuing commercial properties for the big four banks and non-bank lenders for mortgage purposes, as well as for family lawyers, government institutions, and private clients. 


    Unlike large agencies that primarily cater to major lenders, Commercium focuses exclusively on serving private clients. This approach allows us to operate on a more competitive pricing basis while still producing similar quality reports with access to the same market data.

    Mark Cox - a Licensed Valuer with extensive experience in commercial property valuation, previously held roles at JLL, Propell National Valuers, and Opteon Solutions. As a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) and Associate member of the Australian Property Institute, my qualifications include:  


    · Masters Degree in Commercial Property Management  

    · Bachelor in Housing Studies  

    · Certified Practicing Valuer
